REFUND POLICY
At Will Brown Jr’s, we strive to deliver unforgettable and meaningful party experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we've outlined our refund policy to be as clear and fair as possible.
Booking Deposit & Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your chosen date and time.

Dates are not secured without payment.
Cancellation & Refunds

If you need to cancel your party booking, you must provide a minimum of 72 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled party date to receive refund.

If cancellation notice is given less than 72 hours before the event, we reserve the right to retain the payment.

In the event of a no-show, the payment will not be refunded, and subsequent bookings will require full payment upfront at the time of booking.
Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing (email or message) and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Partial Refunds

No partial refunds will be issued for guests who do not attend on the day of the party.

In cases of extreme weather, personal emergencies, or venue issues, we may, at our discretion, offer to reschedule the party or provide a partial refund.
Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
Health & Safety

We must be made aware of any allergies or intolerances prior to the party to accommodate your needs where possible. Refunds will not be granted for undisclosed allergies or sensitivities.
